You don't have to be in crisis to seek support. Often, the feeling is enough:
“Something isn't right anymore.”

When is coaching useful?
Typical issues my clients deal with are:
constant stress & inner turmoil
perfectionism & pressure – always having to perform
difficulty switching off
lack of clarity about goals, values, or next steps
uncertainty in relationships or roles (professional & personal)
doubts about whether the path taken is still the right one
These are the issues I am working on with my coachees/clients. You can also think about it in the following areas:
Personal Development
Get to know yourself, your values & your ideas. Clarify your goals & develop your path to reach them.
self-image, personal values, and self-actualization
clarify your dreams & desires
prepare decisions & action plans
Communication & Relationships
Discover problematic communication patterns & sources of conflict. Find resources and ways to solve them.
learn about your resources & stress management
analyze situations of conflict & behavior patterns
develop personal success strategies
