Trust is earned drop by drop, but lost like a kicked-over bucket. It's not often that one sentence forms such a clear picture in your head. Every exchange or conversation you have either fosters trust or erodes it. Protect your credibility.

What I say is not what you hear and probably not at all what you understood. Communication usually needs two people, a sender and a receiver. The sender transmits a message. The receiver receives it. The problem lies in the difference between what the sender intends to say, says, and what the receiver hears and understands in the end.
